Double room available in large gay-friendly house.

I'm looking for a lodger to come and live with me and my very friendly dog.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 2 built-in double wardrobes, drawers and TV aerial. - still with plenty of space for things you may want to bring too.

The house is a 3 bedroom semi detached with large living room and modern kitchen, shower and bath, up and downstairs loo. There is a safe storage at the back and friendly neighbours all around. The house has full gas central heating plus a multi-fuel stove in the living room to get it nice and extra warm.

The area is near to the the motorways and bus routes to Manchester City Centre. Salford Royal Hospital is not far away and there are two fantastic parks nearby if you like the outdoors.

All utility bills are included (elec, gas, community charge, water) except the telephone which is restricted to incoming calls only.

I am looking for a professional person who is gay or gay-friendly. There is good on-street parking and a friendly and trouble-free feel to this area, please come and have a look.

In order to move in I would need a reference, the deposit and the first month rent.
