We are an easy going gay couple with a furnished room to let in our second home. One of us (shift worker) is in residence Mon-Fri, while the other only now and then.
LOOKING FOR a considerate, clean&tidy, mature, sociable person who likes to cook, gawp at rubbish on the telly with a glass of red, or have in depth discussions about nothing in particular and everything in general.
We're just normal everyday people in a clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxed household.
THE HOUSE was refurbished 4 years ago and is light, clean and tidy throughout.
There is a yarden to the rear.
PARKING is on the street.
THE ROOM is clean and bright, has an ensuite shower room, and is situated at the front of the house on the first floor.

Excellent public transport links to Mcr city centre (20mins by bus); easy access to Media City, Salford Royal Hospital, Salford Uni, and motorway network. 5mins to local shops, supermarket, cash machine, etc.
