Room In Hulme With Garden And Parking

Hello, i'm a 30 something gay professional looking to rent my spare room.

Im looking for another gay/bi guy in his mid 20's - late 30's who's in full time employment. I'm past all the partying on weekends AND weeknights, so im looking for someone similar who likes a drink but doesnt go mad every weekend.
I am clean and tidy and looking for the same, with an equal share of the cleaning done each week.

The house is fairly modern, with a lounge and diner/kitchen downstairs. All the usual in the kitchen including a dishwasher. Outside there is a garden.

Your room is at the rear of the house, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. You could also fit a desk in if you wanted.

There is a large modern bathroom shared between us.

There is on street parking available.
