Hello! I'm a post-doc in the UoM. I'm calm and tidy, non-conflict person, easy to communicate. I'm looking for a professional serious flat-mate to share the house starting from 23 September 2014. House is well situated close to the city centre, Asda, swimming pool, gym and the university buildings. It's completely furnished, has a modern kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, little office if you like to work from home, that considered as a single bedroom, large living-room faced the garden, gas heating, wi-fi, phone, etc. The double bedroom is very sunny and warm, completely furnished.
