Friendly flatmate wanted for big double room in 2 bed modern flat.

I am relocating so looking for someone to rent my room. I'm the home owner so looking for someone who will take care of my flat!

You will be sharing with a professional hard-working girl from Sweden who is very clean and tidy and wants to share with somebody similar. Looking for a professional aged 25-40 to share a lovely home. You need to be tidy, respectful and quiet at night during the week but up for a relaxing glass of wine and a bit of socialising at the weekend.

The available room is a big double which gets lots of natural light and is very well-presented. Fully furnished with double bed (plenty of under bed storage space), large wardrobe, 4 draw chest of drawers, 3 drawer bedside table and plenty of on the wall shelving.

There’s a secure car space behind electric gates which we don't use so it's yours if you need it.

It’s a lovely purpose built flat and we keep it clean and tidy, so the prospective flatmate would preferably know their way around a bottle of Flash and be able to pick up after themselves.
