Hi, we have a lovely ENSUITE double room. The house has 3 females and we would prefer the new housemate to be a female as well.
We are all either post-grad students or professionals - we get along fine and the house is a nice/clean place to come home to.
The room has a wall to wall wardrobe, double bed, desk, window blinds andchair. Recently painted.
The bills included in the house are council tax, tv licence, gas or electricity (the cheaper one the landlord pays), wireless internet and the phone line rental. If you like the sounds of this then drop us a line, Cheers.
