There is also a communal lounge with sofas and TV

The house is located on a quiet residential street set off the main road but well connected and close to Salford University campus and Albert Park.

The rooms are inclusive of all bills,
Gas, Water, Electric, Council tax, TV Licence, there is also Broadband.

The current tenants are friendly, tidy but also sociable.

We accept the Salford Bond scheme or LHA applicants.
Students must be mature, available to move in immediately and commit to a long-term tenancy.

Applicants must provide a reference and £300 deposit.
Applicants also have to provide proof of identity, this is for insurance purposes.

The only fee is £40 for a ID check and other paperwork. We manage the house directly with no agents so no large fees to pay.

We have all the necessary HMO Licences and Gas Certificates, we are also accredited with Salford Council.
