I am looking for someone who needs a room that would like to buddy up I have a furnished double room for rent £350(inc bills) in my home, situated on a nice quiet street.
Round the corner from North Manchester General Hospital so will be great for medical staff or students.
Only a few miles to town, bus and tram routes close by.
Amenities close by (asda, tesco, Iceland, etc)
Fully furnished home, newly fitted kitchen, fast internet with big garden, pets welcome.
Couples welcome but will be an extra ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ £100, so ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ £450 total

A bit about myself, I am a clean n tidy person who likes the odd nite out but also enjoys staying in.
I'm into films (a bit of a geek to be honest), computer games (xbox or playstation), reading, hiking, socialising etc.
