Hello!
I'm looking to rent TWO double rooms in my house. Available NOW and I am looking for females only.
The house
The house is freshly decorated with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is spacious and homely. There are 3 bedrooms in all, spread over three floors. As it is my own home, I am house proud and like to keep things tidy but it is by no means like a show home! I have the internet and a 42 inch smart tv. The price includes all bills. There is also a yard at the back which is big enough for BBQ's. On street parking outside the house is available.
The rooms
Lovely double room with lots of wardrobe space/ storage. One large window. Or there is also a loft room with window and also lots of storage.
The location
The location is perfect for town as the tram only takes 15 minutes or Bury is also 15 mins away. Junction 17 of the M62 motorway is also just a few minutes away with access to the rest of Manchester, Leeds, the North etc. very handy. Heaton Park is on your doorstep for all you fitness fanatics out there! Prestwich village is a 10 minute walk, here you will find loads of nice restaurants, shops, M&S food and a large Tesco.
The person
I'm looking for people who are sociable and easy going and won't be hidden away in their rooms all the time. I'd like to find people who I can call friends and not just housemates. I require professionals who work regular hours otherwise I might as well live on my own!
Me
I work in town for a fashion company and have lived in Manchester for 3 years now, originally from near Preston. I like to have a laugh and don't take life too seriously. I enjoy getting dressed up and going out on a Saturday night but mainly chill out during the week. I have just come from a houseshare in Didsbury and so I am used to something always going on at home. I'd like to create something similar now I have my own home, I'm finding it rather boring on my own and I don't want to end up a lonely cat woman so please help me!!
