Double room in large house

All bills and wi-fi are included in the rent - Double room is available on 09/11/17.

The whole house is fully furnished and maintained to a high standard. It has two bathrooms, four bedrooms, large kitchen, two fridge freezers, homely living room, dining room, ample storage space, two gardens - great for the summer.

Transport links are excellent. The large house is two minutes walk to Old Trafford metro station, and number 15 bus stop. 20 minutes by tram into Manchester city centre. 25 minutes walk to Media City. There is bike storage plus car parking on driveway and on cul-de-sac.

The house is shared with a couple from Brazil, an Scottish man, and a Brazilian man(which is the brother of the other Brazilian) who are all professionalsl. Everyone shares the work of cleaning. It is strictly no dirty dishes left in the kitchen overnight, and no smoking inside - even with the window open.

No couples accepted.
