Seeking fun, friendly flatmate to share our home!

Hello!

We have a double room available in our flat in fallowfield as our current flatmate is leaving us. The flat is well located just off wimslow road adjacent to the main bus stop in fallowfield and a short distance from the shops/bars etc.

As well as a fairly large double room there is also a good sized kitchen and separate living room and as we are on the ground floor we have easy access to the garden outside.

We're hoping to find someone with a similar easy-going vibe who wants to live somewhere homely that's more than just a place to crash

I (my name is Aisling) currently live here with my boyfriend Percy and our little black and white cat Gatsby. I work in a bookshop and Percy is a gardener so not the typical 9-5 but we always make time to chill out in the evening, have dinner and watch a film, play games or whatever.

We often like to have friends over to cook, have some drinks and go to gigs the odd party so it would be great to share that with a sociable likeminded flatmate! Please don't be put off by living with a couple, I promise we aren't going to gang up on you!

and the boring stuff: bills come to no more than £50 a month, generally a lot less. council tax works out as £30ish each. There will also be a small admin fee from the estate agents to change names on the tenancy agreement.
