Double Room In Three Bed House - Fallowfield

WWe are looking for a tenant to move into the downstairs double room in a three bedroom house. We are two female second year students studying Events Management and Graphic Design at Manchester Metropolitan University. We also work part time.

The room is spacious and fully furnished with double bed. Large shared living room and newly installed shared bathroom and kitchen. There is a small garden outside.

Located near to the centre of Fallowfield close to main bus stops so easy to travel to universities and city centre.

We are outgoing people who enjoy occasional nights out but also like nights in. We are clean and tidy, but won't complain about the odd plate being left on the side!

Rent is £411. 68 per month. Our landlord is extremely helpful and will come to the house at short notice if we have any problems.
