2 Double Rooms Available in Central Fallowfield

Hi!

We currently have a spare room in a nice house in central Fallowfield, near Fallow cafe. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and small yard area.

The room is a good size double with storage space, wardrobe and study desk.

When all 4 people are moved into the house then the rent will only be £52pp pw. The council tax will be split between professionals(around £50 per month if there are 2 of us).

We are 2 friendly females aged 21, one professional, Laura, a recent graduate who works at the uni, and one postgrad student, Sarah, currently doing an MA in English Lit. We are interested in going to gigs, baking and arty/crafty things. We also do enjoy going out at the weekends, but tend to have nights in during the week as we are both working/studying.

We are looking for sociable people who we can be friends with, not just housemates!

The agency requires a reference check/guarantor if you're a student or not on a permanent work contract.
