I am a researcher and living in a two double bedroom flat. It is a fully furnished flat situated in a lovely green area. The address is The Lowry, 1. Whiteoak Road, Fallowfield, MANCHESTER, M14 6WT. The flat has everything you need for a luxurious living with a large living room.
I am staying in one bedroom and I am looking for a postgraduate student or a PhD student to let the other double bedroom. You are free to view the room before you take.
The bus stop is in front of the house, it takes 10mins to city center, Manchester University and Manchester Metropolitan University is walkable distance. Didsbury is just 10mins by bus.
The rent is £360 exclusive of utility bills. We will be sharing bills and it comes around £30 pounds per month.
