Hi my name is Ged (41) and I am a professional sharing with my friend Tara (42) looking for either a full time let or a Monday to Friday let (price negotiable). We are quiet during the week but like to socialise at weekends.

The house is situated within a quiet gated cul-de-sac close to the city centre, Chorlton and Alexandra Park.

The 85 bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the house and it takes 15 minutes to get to the university and 20 mins to get to the city centre.

We both work full time as professionals during the week and we are looking looking for someone who is gay friendly and easy to get on with. Our interests include going to the gym, swimming, tennis, football, eating out and socialising.

Hartley Hall Gardens is a beautiful gated community in a cul-de-sachou, close to the city centre (5-10 mins in a car) and Chorlton (5 mins in a car). Alexandra park is a stroll away. It is situated nearby to where Wilbraham Road and Alexander Road South cross and is on the 85 bus route (20-25 minute bus journey into Manchester City Centre depending on the time of day). The buses run every 10 mins during rush hour and the bus stop is less than 3 mins walk from the house.
