Double bedroom available in house share

We are 5 house mates looking for a friendly and fun loving person to occupy the sixth room in our house.
The house is in a quiet residential area of fallowfield but still close to the bars and pubs in the area as well as being close to the main road and buses into Manchester town centre.
We are all trainee teachers and are bubbly people who like to go out but are also well aware of the importance of being respectful of the wishes of other housemates when making plans.
The house is fairly spacious and comes fully furnished with bills, sky TV and Wifi included in the rent. The bedroom on offer is a double on the ground floor and is bright and spacious. The house has a communal kitchen dining and living area and there is a downstairs bathroom. There is a garden to the rear and on road parking at the front of the property.
