Crazies wanted!

Hello!

We are looking for a 3rd person to fill our home. Currently it is me (Hannah) and Scott; we have been friends and house-mates for a few years now.

We both know the concept of space, but also like to have chats in the living room and cook together etc, we're quite avid tea drinkers - which I feel is an important quality, whenever the kettle is heard , it doesn't take long for 2 mugs to turn up. It is a pretty chilled out living environment and the house would suit someone else with a similar relaxed attitude.

The Landlord would prefer a student, as I am going into 3rd year and it would be better for council tax etc, but everybody is considered. He is a good landlord- which is a rare find and has helped us whenever we have needed. The house is also very good value for money; it is 2 mins from Princess Parkway so there is good transport on the 101, 104, 105, 109. There is also a Aldi, 3 minutes away which is useful! And everywhere is pretty accessible on a bike.

The garden is lovely; lots of birds, squirrels and cats that visit. We are attempting a veggie patch but a green thumb would be appreciated!

Both me and Scott like a party from time to time, although we haven't had one yet! We're waiting to fill the house! We are both quite musical and there are plenty of guitars, keyboards and tambourines scattered about the place but we only jam on occasions. Generally the house is quite quiet but someone accepting of a late night drink and chatting bollox would be nice!
