Furnished double room w/ensuite in flatshare

Hi,
I've got a spare furnished double room with an en suite in a purpose built block 2 minutes walk from the centre of Fallowfield.
It's got a large front room & kitchen, a small balcony and secure gated parking. The en-suite has a toilet, sink and shower.

The room may be available a bit earlier if needs be.
My current flatmate is moving because of the long commute to his new job. .

I'm a student nurse at Salford Uni. I'm easy going and sociable. My course keeps me pretty busy, especially during placements but I still like to get out as much as I can. I love a good debate with a good drink but also just relaxing with a film, going to gigs or anything that's on around town that catches my attention.
