Large, bright double-room in a lovely and very spacious flat in Fallowfield. Located in a secure, quiet & leafy, gated development, but with all the local amenities at the end of the street. Ideal for professional, post-grad or mature student.

I'm a teacher, and usually pretty busy with work. I'm an easy-going and social guy when I'm not working, and I prefer a housemate who is similar. There's loads of room in the flat, so very comfortable to share. If you want to be in Fallowfield or Withington, and want something nicer than the usual student-orientated places, then this will suit you.

Bills are not included in the price, but they are all shared with me and tend to be reasonable, and fibre broadband is already up and running at the flat. The flat is really well appointed with everything you'll need, including kitchen-ware, a great TV, a PS4 and much more. There are cupboards/shelves in the kitchen and bathroom set aside for your items as needed. Parking is available inside the secure car park, so please ask about this if you need it.
