Double In Quiet Family Home (Mom And 20 Year Old)

Hi there.

I'm Andrea, I'm renting out the spare room in my family home. I live there with my 20 year old daughter.

The house is in m14, the family part of Fallowfield, not the student part.

The house is a 2 min walk from the A5103 (princess parkway), where there are several frequent buses to and from the town centre (101, 104, 105, 108) and about a 10 min walk to Wilmslow road, which has an incredibly busy bus route through Rusholme and into town. Dependent on the amount of traffic the travel time into town is approx 20/30 mins.

I work full time, usually 11 - 7. My daughter isn't working at the moment, but she spends literally all her time in her bedroom, its set up with a sky box and is the biggest room in the house so she has no need to leave it lol.

We are both quiet people, no shouting and arguing. We both smoke, the house is a pet free house. We are not looking for a buddy and your privacy will be completely respected at all times.

The house is a fairly large end of terrace with parking in the front garden and a back garden (not a yard)(ex council), I sleep downstairs in what was the dining room. The living room and the kitchen are separate, and there is a separate bathroom and toilet

Central heating, washing machine, dryer, wifi.

£75pw fully inclusive. (60pw if staying mon - fri)
