Hi I've a furnished double room to rent with the exclusive use of the main bathroom across the hall.

The house is modern so really warm and comfortable with a great lounge, kitchen and garage downstairs with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. There’s also a nice back garden which is a real sun trap in the summer. Parking is available right outside the house and there is a garage for storing a push bike if needed. The house is located 5 minutes walk from the centre of Fallowfield so easy access to the supermarket, bars and bus routes. The house has broadband wireless internet and sky sports.

Ideally the room would suit a professional person focused on work during the week (quiet on school nights) and more outgoing at the weekend. It would be great to share a beer/ wine after work every now and again
