This is a really big house in a great location for both students and professionals. We have had the house fully let for quite some time now, but the tenants are each heading in separate directions, so the house is now vacant. We are willing to accept students or professionals.

The house is bang in between Platt Fields Park and Birchfields Park, just off Wilmslow Rd. It is a quiet, leafy location, away from traffic but close enough to get to the Universities and MRI etc within a few minutes. The house benefits from a private enclosed garden, driveway with space for 2 vehicles, a large detached garage, a basement, and there's even a spare room which we don't rent out - this can be used as a shared office, or a spare room if friends/family come to stay.

We redecorated the property from scratch two summers ago, including new carpets/laminate flooring throughout, all walls/ceilings painted, all timber painted, new furniture etc etc.

The house is a 1950's semi-detached property, with bay windows and generally plenty of natural light throughout the house. A nice open ground floor corridor leads to a very spacious living room (measuring 5. 5m x 4. 3m) with dining table for 6, and 2x 3-seater real leather sofas (none of that tacky faux leather stuff here!). We can swap furniture as per your requirement.

We have also fitted a full fire alarm system with heat and smoke detectors, and lockable fire doors throughout, including bedrooms. There is a burglar alarm fitted also. The property complies with all current regulations and legislation, is Gas Safe certified and also has an NICEIC electrical safety certificate.

We are looking for responsible tenants that will look after the property. We have been very happy with the last occupants who have kept the house clean and tidy.
