Homely flat with nursing student

Hello!

My flatmate's looking to move to Chorlton so I'm looking for someone fun, friendly and easy going to move in.

The flat's a very spacious 2 bedroom on the top floor of a quirky 1930s building. There's a big living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. It's just opposite the costume gallery at Platt Fields with a bus stop right outside. UoM, MMU and the MRI are about 10 mins away and town about 20 mins. There's also parking out front and round the back.

Rent is £300pcm and bills about £70/80 inc. council tax- I split it if you're a non-student, dont worry :) so for students bills would be cheaper. The landlord's great and lives close.

So, I'm Charlie (25) from Sheffield and I'm a student children's nurse. I'm a happy and down to earth and I'd love whoever moves in to feel comfortable and at home- enjoy a film night in, cook together or go to the pub quiz. But I'm also kept busy with uni/placement, and am about with my friends and my boyfriend, so we wouldn't be in each others hair :)

I enjoy a cuppa whilst shouting at a cheesy quiz show, cooking, going to the pictures or going out for a pint. I love listening to music and play flute sax and piano, although my uke is the only instrument I've got up here at the moment sadly! I volunteer for children's charities in the holidays and play softball at weekends or go on day trips.
