Three is the magic number. Double 24/4 £360 Inc

Hello,

I'm looking for a third housemate to share with one male and one female over the summer. The room is an upstairs double bedroom available for £360 per calendar month. This includes gas, electricity, council tax, water and superfast wifi. There is a desk and storage in the room, I can also provide bedding and towels. The room is larger than it looks in the pictures!

The room is available until around 1/9/2015.

The house is in Fallowfield, a little way out of Fallowfield centre, where you will find supermarkets and bars.

The house is very close to the 111 bus route which takes you into the city centre, the universities and West Didsbury, going the other way.

The house will suit mature students or professionals. I like to keep the house clean and comfortable, so this will suit people who are a little house proud and like a cosy house.

There is parking, a dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, bbq, alarm system, good security and an espresso machine.

I'm a relaxed, open minded guy used to living with people from different countries and backgrounds so all are welcome. There are two people in the house, myself and a woman from Spain.

The deposit is £400.
