Want a room near to good amenities & transport?

I'm looking for a reliable & honest female* lodger non-smoker, for a short/long term house share (at least 3months). *If you're male I won't be responding to your messages as I am not looking for male lodgers.

My house is situated just off Oldham Road, very close to good local amenities (24hr Tesco, Morrisons & Aldi all within walking distance). There is a regular bus service with easy access to Manchester Piccadilly (15mins journey), bus stops are 2mins away from property. If you're a driver the M60/62 motorway network is very close by also. There is also a new tram station just over 5 minutes walk up the road.

It's a two bed property with a well fitted kitchen/diner, bathroom/wc and shower, garden to front and back, washing machine/ dryer, gas central heating and broadband. The spare room is good size and is furnished with a double bed/ bedside table, wardrobe, small desk and shelving.

The rent for the spare room is £320 including utility bills & CT (excl. phone bills). PLEASE NOTE: A deposit of £320 plus rent will be required prior to or upon moving in.
