Lovely double room in Monton (near Eccles) to rent

I have a lovely double room to rent in Monton in my own home. The house is a small Victorian terrace with a garden -which gets the sun all afternoon! There is free on-street parking at the front and Eccles tram stop is about a 15 min walk away.
The room has a double bed and a bedside table. I am getting a wardrobe for it The rest of the house includes a large eat-in kitchen, a cosy living room and the bathroom has a massive bath and seperate shower.
Monton is a lovely little village with some nice bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. There are also regular buses running into Manchester city centre and a taxi costs about £8/9 to get there.
I am looking for a clean and tidy reliable female housemate who I can get along with. I like going out socialising, but at busy times at work when i'm working long hours, sometimes I just want to chill out at the weekend watching TV or a film.
