Lovely house, friendly, tidy, close to m60&traff

Hi, I've got a lovely double room to rent in my cosy, big house in Eccles due to one of my lodgers moving closer to work.

We are really friendly, chilled out girls who are easy to get along with. We're past the party girl stage and definitely don't want anyone moving in who'll have all night parties etc! In the week we'll probably come home from work, watch the soaps, have some food and recover from our long days with a glass of wine on occasion. Weekends usually involve seeing friends and family and the occasional night out/in. We both have boyfriends and are out a few nights a week at theirs usually.

There is a large kitchen, 2 reception rooms, a good sized bathroom with bath and a good shower and a big garden. There is also plenty of room to park outside the house.

We're looking for a friendly, trustworthy and tidy professional to rent the 3rd double bedroom. The house is a 3 minute drive from The Trafford Centre, 5 minutes to Salford Royal, 2 minutes to the M60 and 20 minutes into the centre of Manchester if you're driving. There are also good public transport links.

I'm more than happy to consider a reduction in price if you just want a Monday-Friday arrangement etc.
