Friendly spacious house in quiet location

Our housemate has moved in with her boyfriend and we need someone to join us!

We are Siobhan (Scientist), Helen (CBT Trainee) and Emma (Heritage Consultant). We all work during the week and enjoy watching films, cooking, drinking wine and having a good time! We're fairly laid back, don't take ourselves too seriously but keep the house clean and tidy.

The house is close to East Didsbury Station and Tram, Wilmslow Road for buses, Tesco, Parrs Wood Cinema and Didsbury Village. (Max of 10min walk to all)

The room is a large double which is fully furnished - double bed, two wardrobes, and drawers and is recently painted.

The house is a 1950s semi with garage, off street parking, a large garden (with gardener), BBQ, large shared living room, dining room, kitchen (a cupboard and 2-fridge shelves each and a fight for freezer space), bathroom with separate WC and small spare room which we use as a drying/ironing room or when friends and family come to visit (it has a spare double mattress).

We are looking for someone who will join us for pie-night and nights out as well as hungover pj days!

Rent is 247 PCM and bills are roughly £80 per month.

We also have a cat who enjoys cuddles.

PS Another room is due to open up mid-July and the cat will be moving too (very sad!)
