We have a 4 bed house with one room available. The room is available now. It is a single/small double which is furnished. Current house mates are Kevin 24 IT, Paul 29 engineer and James 25 store manager. We go for drinks together at weekends and the odd meal or drink on a weeknight. We are looking for a similar professional who is clean and sociable. The house is kept clean and we have sky including sports and sky broadband/wifi. On top of the rent, which INCLUDES council tax and sky are energy bills which are usually no more than 30 per month.
