The flat is on the 2nd floor of a 2 storey house in the centre of Didsbury village.
The rent is £325pcm excluding bills.
The flat is in an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from tram and bus stops and local amenities.
The room is fully furnished with fitted wardrobes.
There is off road parking to the rear, a shared bathroom and open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a dining table & chairs, fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas hob and electric oven. The lounge area is spacious with two leather sofas.
I work full-time and am looking for another professional to share the flat. I work some weekends but enjoy socialising outside of work hours.
