Lovely Room in great house in Didsbury Village

Double Room available from end Aug in great modern 3 story town house in Old Oak Street in centre of Didsbury Village. Just off the main street (Wilmslow Road).

Sharing with 2 professional females Sally (29) who works in Accounting and Becca (30) who works in TV Production. We work hard during the week and go to the cinema, gym, or the local pub and often go out in West Didsbury or into the centre at the weekend. We are easy going, tidy people who are looking for a similar FEMALE to join the house.

The room is on the 2nd floor of the house and is a great size. It includes double bed, draws, wardrobe and has some cupboards for extra storage. The bathroom is shared but just with one person.

There is lots of space, an open plan living room and kitchen with french doors that open on to a garden/decked area which is great for bbq's in the summer.

The house is rented through a letting agent so there would be references required and we managed to negotiate this to around £150 for the checks and a further £50 for signing the contract. This is really straight forward and easy.

Deposit is £367 and bills at the moment are coming to around £110 max. This includes Tv Licence and Broadband.
