Didsbury Village Double, Tidy Sociable House

Hi,

We are two professional males who have a ground floor double room in our house share literally 2 minutes walk from Didsbury village (about 100 yards from the Milson Rhodes and Didsbury village tram stop).
It will be available from the end of July when our other housemate is moving out after 2 years.

Rent is £285 a month and bills come to around £95 more a month that includes the Gas/ Electric, council tax, broadband and Sky tv. We have an excellent landlord who quickly sorts any problems should they arise.

Situated on a quiet road the house is well decorated throughout and the room is a good size double, light with a large window and stripped floorboards. It is furnished already with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and bedside table. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom(shower over bath) and lounge. We also have a bit of a garden/ patio for sitting out which is ideal for bbq's and relaxing.

Current housemates are Rob 28 who works at the Children's Hospital and Ian 28 who works in the offices of a newsagent chain. We have the general interests such as sports, cinema, pubs and cocktails etc. We're sociable and get on with anyone.

We are looking for an easy to get on with, young professional who is considerate, tidy and sociable who wouldn't mind a bbq or film now and then or going for the odd house night out(if they would like).
