First floor rear facing room to rent in a 4 person house share in Didsbury. The 3 storey house has a cellar, kitchen, lounge, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

The house is on a leafy road 5 minutes walk from Didsbury Village and 10 minutes from West Didsbury. The bedroom has a double bed, desk and wardrobe. We have a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The back yard is not massive but does get the sun in the Summer.

The rent is £235 pcm excluding bills. The deposit is £235. Council tax is £34 each per month. Bills (inc. gas, electric, water, phone/internet) are about £30-40. Essentially, budget for £300 per month. Great value for the location.

We are a friendly group of guys in our late twenties/ early thirties, a combination of freelance photographer, office worker and cabin crew (interesting mix!) Interests include cycling, gym, travel, music and film. It’s a relaxed atmosphere but everyone is expected to get involved. We are looking for someone down to earth and friendly to join us.
