House very close to tram station and near bus stop with easy access to city centre.
Current housemates are friendly and fairly easy going 20-somethings, looking for similar.
The house features a large garden that is beautiful in the summer and great for BBQs or badminton. A games room in the basement. A spacious living room with widescreen sky TV. A double bedroom with loads of natural light and plenty of space. There are 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens
