Friendly Didsbury houseshare

Hi, we're looking for someone to join our houseshare from August onwards.
The house is really spacious throughout with a large kitchen and front room as well as a conservatory.
The room we have available has a double bed, bedside cabinet, a wardrobe, a bookcase and a desk.

The house is in a great location opposite the Parrs Wood cinema complex and 15 mins walk from Didsbury Village. Both the train station and tram stop are 10 min walk and there are good bus routes.

The current housemates are myself (Helen) and Tanvi. I works in Warrington for an engineering consultancy and like to go rock climbing in my spare time. Tanvi is an optometrist who loves to read books and makes amazing curries! We're a really friendly household, not the type of people who hide in our rooms all the time!

The rent shown excludes bills are ~£100 a month.
