Friendly house looking for a housemate

Hi,

We are a house of three professionals, 2 guys and a girl along with a small dog, Peanut. We are looking to get a friendly face in to take the large spare room that is available.

The house is warm and welcoming as well as being very spacious. The room available is a double with plenty of natural light. The room is a potential blank canvas so feel free to add your own touch of style to the room.

We all like to socialise in the local bars/restaurants but equally happy to sit and chill watching a film or the TV (also the odd game of pool!)

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will bring a friendly personality to the house. We respect each others privacy but it is nice to be able to sit around the lounge after a days work and chill out together.

The house is fully furnished and we have got broadband set up. There is plenty of space for off street parking in front of the house and we also have a good sized garden at the back for BBQs in the summer.

Being situated opposite the park is ideal for any active types as there are free tennis courts and plenty of space for running/walking etc.
