I have a light and bright spare room for short-term rent in my flat. I am selling the flat and unfortunately cannot offer a long-term stay.
The room is a double, with a south facing window - getting sunshine for most of the day. The room will be part-furnished.
The flat itself is large and well decorated. It is stylish, comfortable and pleasant and is in a great location. It is 5-10 minutes walk from Didsbury Village and bus, tram and train stations.
I am a photographer/lecturer and researcher, and I'm looking for a like-minded individual, professional or post-graduate. I am happy to socialise, share a bottle of wine etc etc... I like running, reading, and creative projects and often work from home.
