Its in a secluded and secure new build estate, only 7 mins from the tram stop (your can be in town in 15 mins from the house), the nearest bus stop is 2 mins away with busses every 10 mins. A taxi from town costs around £5. 00.

I am Ann- Marie and I am a 24 year old Customer Relations Manager working with primary school children. I am easy-going, friendly and enjoy spending time with my friends, fitness and walking my (small and friendly) dog. Lindsay is moving out in April (gutted!) and we have one room currently free, so you will also have a hand in choosing Lindsays as a replacement.

I am looking for clean, respectable tenants who want to be friendly but also respect each other's privacy. I am flexible with partners and friends coming over but this is NOT a party house and I ask that you would respect the property. In return you'll have a really lovely home with great people in a safe and secure area.
