Amazing House In Chorlton

1 double room available in amazing, homely house in Chorlton.

The house is really nice, kitchen is amazing with by folding doors onto the garden(BBQ-check),lounge is lovely and homely, 2 bathrooms and the house in general is just perfect.

The owners got the house renovated to such a high standard as they saw it as their family home to live in for life, but have had to relocate for work. It has all modcons and is furnished to a very high standard. washer, dryer, dish washer, American fridge(ice machine),oven, steamer, hot plate, goes on and on.

you will be sharing with me chris (34)laura(27)and Mathew 28 we are all very nice sociable, easy going bunch who enjoy going out and socialising but also like to chill out.

Our current house Jenny is moving to study medicine in Birmingham.
we are all young professionals who work mon-fri. The rent is 375+bills. The bills are about 100 pounds each which includes All bill and Internet.

The house is close to all the bars and shops etc and is close to the metro and bus links.

Ideally we would like a girl to keep it evens.

And ideally someone who is sociable, fun and tidy with a good sense of humour.

The move in date is 1st of July and can't be changed unfortunately.
