Cosy double room in friendly clean Chorlton house

Our housemate is moving out so we are looking for a friendly clean new housemate who is up for socialising and having a good chat in our little cosy house.
We are in a great location a minute from Chorlton bus station and the shops and bars on Barlow Moor Road, 5-10 minute walk to the tram and 10 minutes to the popular Beech Road.
The room is medium size nice and cosy, double glazed, carpet, old fireplace, double bed with mattress, wardrobe, drawers and loads of shelving.
The house has a lovely cosy living room with real fireplace, dining room, kitchen with the usual things, and spare room downstairs with sofa bed and room for bicycle storage. Small back yard for the odd summer BBQ with a few plants and shed.
We are 1 girl and 1 guy, work full time 9-5 and would like someone with a similar work pattern. Female preferred.
