Lovely cosy house in Chorlton, very near Longford Park. Current housemate are 3 girls aged between 25-32. Sociable house, enjoy a bottle of wine or dinner out together. Work as support worker, accounts, and recently Laura has just gone back to uni to train as a speech and language therapist.
Really warm in winter, and double glazed. Driveway parking for one car otherwise it's on-street parking but never struggle for a space.
Kitchen has gas and all things expected (microwave etc), in particular lots of fridge space. Lovely little garden off the kitchen with French windows.
Bike space, we are a house of cyclers and there is space for one more as mine will be going when I leave.
Room available is at the front of the house upstairs, largest room in house, wooden floors and really reasonable with bills included in price of £367.
References needed for the landlord, and deposit goes into the secure deposit scheme (so means you def get it back!)
