Huge double room to rent in lovely house on Barlow Moor Road. Near to bars and restaurants, supermarkets, post office and 10 minute walk to the tram stop.
Rent is £250 per month and bills are £105 per month payable into a shared account. House is really homely, loads of space and has a decent garden. The girls in the house are amazing and have become close friends. I'm really sad to be leaving as this is the best houseshare I've lived in!
Room comes with double bed, 2 double wardrobes, chest of drawers, side table and tall table. I'm also probably going to be leaving my desk, bookshelf and tall storage unit (the black furniture in the photo) - but can dispose of these if not needed.
