Large double in friendly houseshare in Chorlton

Hi. One of our housemates is moving to Bristol so we've got 1 available bedroom in a house in Chorlton, to share with 3 girls and 1 guy, aged between 24 and 27. The house is located a few minutes away from the 'St. Werburgh's road' tram stop, very close to all pubs/bars around Chorlton and to 3 supermarkets (co-op, tesco and big morissons). The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, gas-hob and a fridge. We've got a second fridge-freezer combo in the basement, along with a washing machine and a dryer. There is a back garden as well, pretty nice especially during the summer for bbq etc. The house has 2 bathrooms, both with showers.

We are looking for professionals who would like to live in a friendly house-share. The rent is £330 per month and the bills usually come at around 65-70 pounds and include TV license (with BT sports in it), electricity, gas, water, internet and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
