We’re a young(ish) couple looking for a Monday to Friday tenant to help cover costs.
We have my partners little boy staying with us on weekends, which is why we would prefer a Monday to Friday let.
Rent includes council tax and water, we would ask you to contribute towards gas and electric.
we’re pretty chilled, enjoy chilling in with food or going for a cheeky drink, we've had house mates before and enjoyed hanging out as a group in the evening, all we ask is you’re clean and tidy and not a weirdo!
