Room available in very desirable, peaceful part of Chorlton Green. One-minute walk from Beech Road, two-minute walk from Chorlton Meadows.

There is a choice between EITHER a single room for £400 pcm OR a double room for £500. 00 pcm.

I am a 32 year old professional working full-time as a university tutor (Visual Arts). I'm usually out of the house dawn til dusk during the week. Time in the house is usually spent relaxing with food and a film, or sitting in the garden by the river etc. Someone who can hold a good conversation and maybe has a passing interest in cinema or some other creative/cultural interests would be a bonus.

The flat would suit a down to earth, creative, good humoured person (clean and tidy within reason), employed or student, approximate age 20’s/30’s.

Both rooms are newly refurbished. The small room consists of a brand new bed (double futon roll-out), desk, lamp, wardrobe and shelving. The large room consists of a king bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and shelving. I have also recently fitted a brand new kitchen with all new cooker, fridge, freezer etc. The flat is small but perfectly formed, so best suited to someone tidy who travels reasonably light.

Prices include all utility bills, council tax and broadband. Early termination of tenancy would require one month's notice. Option to extend tenancy.
