My husband and I are looking to rent out our spare room on a short term let basis.
We're friendly and easy going. Our ideal person would be chilled, friendly, and respectful. We would prefer a Monday to Friday rent but we will consider full time rent so please contact us if you're interested.
The price of 450 is an 'ish' price incl bills. We're happy to talk through prices and options if/when we meet up.
We live in chorlton. We enjoy going out for a drink to the local bars (all of which are in walking distance). We're approx 10 min walk from the tram and 5 mins walk from buses into the city centre or other areas in Manchester.
