The flat is in a great location; close to the restaurants/bars in Chorlton and also very convenient for the Metrolink and Unicorn/Morrisons supermarkets.
Gas, electricity, water, council tax and wifi are included. I also have subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky Movies and Sky Sports (although I don't watch as much TV as this would suggest!).
