Two Rooms in Sociable Chorlton House

Hi!

We are Jimmy and Chris and we are looking for two new people to complete our house in Chorlton.

The house is a recently refurbished 4 bed on a quiet street just a short walk from the shops and bars of Wilbraham Road and Beech Road. There is space to park on the road and a garden at the back of the house. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer as well as sky tv and broadband are all up and running.

The first room is a double with a king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and looks out over the back garden. (This room is only available from the beginning of February)
The second is a single room at the front of the house, with a large wardrobe and bedside table. There is also storage room underneath the bed. This room is available now.

We are 2 friendly and sociable guys who are looking for similar people to get involved and be a real part of the house. Both rooms have an aerial socket for a TV but we spend most of our time chilling in the living room when we are in anyway.
We both work 9-5 so on weeknights we like to relax in front of the TV or have a few drinks at a gig or pub quiz.
At weekends we both play and watch sport and like to go on bigger nights out.

We are open to having girls or guys move in, so if you think you'd fit in and want to take a look at the room let us know and we can arrange a viewing!
