1 guy for sociable house share

2 guys, 3 gals, looking for a male housemate, professional, preferably with normal working hours.

(And wrote this tedious rhyme, sorry!)

We are laid back, sociable folks who want to continue living with people we get on with.
We hope you'll be talkative, reasonably tidy, appreciate good tea, coffee and bottles of IPA, watch Game of Thrones and Catfish and happily play games of Mariokart at midnight on a weekday.

The house is opposite Morrisons, so it's dead close to bars (we like Font and Marble) and the tram/bus stop, with on street parking and a basement for storing a bike. A taxi from town after a night out is about a tenner.

Council tax and Water is included in rent, as is a gardener. The cleaner, Virgin Media (TV and Internet) and gas/electric come to about £50 - £70 per month depending on time of year. Each room is furnished, but the landlady is flexible if you need a couple of  bits removed (bed, bedside table, set of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair).

The room is on the ground floor so you're well insulated from any road noise. The doors are all firedoors so noise doesnt permate from the kitchen or living room. It's also warm and snug in winter but cooler in the summer as the sun doesn't come blasting in from dawn til dusk. (Picture(s) of the room pending).
