Double room in lovely Chorlton flat

Hello, I’m Jen and I have a double room available in the lovely flat I rent in central Chorlton.

The flat is about a 2 min walk from Chorlton tram and about 4 mins to the 86 bus route. There is a big Morrissons supermarket right opposite with the bars and restaurants of Chorlton pretty much on the doorstep.

The flat is on the ground floor of a converted house. Modern inside with an open plan living and kitchen area, two double bedrooms and a massive storage cupboard! There is off street parking shared between the three flats in the house and plenty of parking on the street (I've) never struggled finding a spot!).

You'd be sharing with me; I'm 30 and have been living in Chorlton for the last 6 years. I work in PR for United Utilities in Warrington and keep things fairly quiet during the week (although definitely not adverse to a glass of wine or two). I love the weekends and enjoy nights out in town, gigs, meals with friends, all the standard stuff. It would be great to meet someone who is up for sharing a glass of wine and a chat in the evenings rather than just a lodger€™.

The flat is non-smoking inside and I like to keep it clean, neat and tidy (although I'm™ definitely not OCD). I'm pretty laidback to live with and respect others privacy and personal space. Rent is £475 a month which includes all bills, council tax, internet and Sky.
